AGENTS OPEN HOUSE
Each Monday morning agents from our Remax office have the opportunity to view newly listed properties. This allows 20-30 agents a “sneak preview” of your home and creates an amazing jump start on the advertising process!

ADVERTISING
Newspaper advertising is a very successful tool when selling your home. Its purpose is to create an awareness to a large group of potential buyers who are attracted to your home.

ADVERTISING – INTERNET
Your home will be featured on three different web sites. These web sites are available to the entire public. You also have the option of a “virtual tour”. This allows potential purchasers a doors-open approach at viewing your home.

ADVERTISING – RE/MAX
Remax is the most recognized real estate company in Canada. A great deal of time and expense is used to generate awareness for Remax and all of the services it has to offer. Remax is continually advertising on national TV and in newspapers. Due to our strong public image, we are the first choice for many buyers. This allows for greater exposure of your home.

COMMUNICATION
This is vital! I want you to know how the sale of your home is progressing. I will contact you after open houses and agent showings and would like to encourage you to contact me at any time should you have any questions.

FEATURE SHEETS
Within the first couple of days after listing your home, I will have produced a full-colour, personalized Feature Sheet of your home. This sheet will highlight all of the features of your home and can be taken by the prospective buyer as a reminder of the home.

FOR SALE SIGN
I will have my Remax "For Sale" sign prominently placed on your property withing 24-48 hours after signing the listing agreement. This sign is the most recognizable sign in the industry. It also acts as a silent agent, telling everyone your home is for sale!

MORTGAGE INTELLIGENCE
Having the luxury of a mortgage broker 'on-site' allows us to pre-approve our buyers which will assist in a 'firm' sale of your home. This is a great tool for both buyers and sellers.
